We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. Awesome
My only crit would be to go back and work on the "dirty" spot of the character. At the moment they look like yellow splotches versus them being dirt patches.
Other than that, awesome job

No mesh's though, I did it in Fireworks CS3, a web design tool, not exactly ideal but its what I'm used too and haven't made the transition to Pshop yet
